Call for Joint Projects in Biomedical Engineering

The Helmholtz Association invites proposals for joint research projects in Biomedical Engineering, focusing on interdisciplinary innovations that deliver rapid solutions to medical challenges.

The initiative is centered on the six Helmholtz Biomedical Engineering Flagships. Its primary aim is to foster new synergies by enhancing collaboration among Helmholtz Research Centers and Research Fields, while actively involving partners from application-oriented and entrepreneurial sectors. This call – funded by the Initiative and Networking fund – seeks to drive transformative innovations and support the positioning of Germany and Helmholtz as leaders in Biomedical Engineering and related entrepreneurial activities.
