Helmholtz Netzwerk - corona diaries #4

Dear participants and alumni of the Helmholtz Leadership Academy,

In the past, we have mostly tried out and gained experience with shorter digital formats like the Deep Dives, which some of you know from our program "Mit Führung gestalten". This week and last, for the very first time, we held whole three-day camps online.

Such an undertaking requires a lot from all parties involved: our trainers and coaches, who had to redesign their content and prepare the technical setup, our participants, who had to balance the demands of work as well as their private lives with those of the curriculum. Furthermore, the format itself requires a lot of energy and concentration.

We felt it was important, however, particularly in these challenging times, to give participants the opportunity to keep working on their leadership topics and to continue their respective programs. A big thank you to the participants of our programs "Leading your Group" and "Mit Führung gestalten" for joining us on this unique learning journey - and for their appreciative feedback.

#virtual leadership lab: 10.06.2020

Last week we sent out invitations to our annual network meeting of the Helmholtz Leadership Academy, which will take place in the form of a #virtual leadership lab this year. The event offers a range of virtual workshops and interactive lectures on the topic of "Executive Presence: Working and Being Effective as an Executive".

The first workshops are already fully booked, so make sure to register today to avoid disappointment. We look forward to seeing you in this new format on June 10!
