You spent years in academia and helped gather brilliant scientific insights in your research community? But for some reason, the world out there does not seem to care? Maybe it is time to take matters in your own hands. In this interactive workshop, we will dive into the discovery phase of entrepreneurship and you will get to experience different methods to make a successful transition from research insight into real-world application more likely.
PhDs and Postdocs across the Helmholtz Association as well as supporting actors in Helmholtz transfer and talent management offices, who ideally participated in the prior workshop “Demystifying entrepreneurship”.
You will learn how to embed your scientific leaps into the wider context through system mapping, and you will familiarize yourself with two tools called Forces of Progress and Job-to-be-done, who help you understand and navigate the 'human component' in any implementation effort.
