Transfer Strategy

We do basic research with a sense for practical application. To this end, all our centers pursue a joint transfer strategy, for which each center - based on its research profile - defines its own focus.

In the context of knowledge transfer, we ensure a broad flow of information: We consult companies and associations, political bodies and scientific institutions. Furthermore, vigorous exchange with society is equally important to us: We tell people about our experiments, expeditions and findings, provide counselling services and invite interested people to get to know our research facilities or to do research with us.
