Citizen Science
The approach of Citizen Science is to provide interested citizens with insights into research: More and more people want to be able to actively participate in research projects.
And more and more people want to have their say, and also participate. In Citizen Science projects, we offer open-minded people the opportunity to participate in research. Citizens help us, for example, to analyze the night sky or the biotic communities in streams. At Helmholtz, scientists from all disciplines are committed to this approach.
