The Academy network

The Helmholtz Association's Academy network offers a platform for collegial exchange. Alumni enrich the programs with their experience as input providers or fireside guests and thus contribute to the success of the Academy.

After completing their program, Academy graduates have the opportunity to work with participants from their own cohort on a leadership topic in a one-day workshop (compact workshop). Up to five workshops are supported per calendar year. The Academy has also been offering Leadership Lunches for managers in cooperation with the Leibniz Academy since June 2024. 

The Leadership Lab, which encourages further networking among graduates and facilitates an exchange on the transfer of what they have learned into everyday working life, takes place once a year.
