The programs of the Helmholtz Leadership Academy are aimed at prospective and experienced executives from science, administration and infrastructure. In the camps and online modules, participants learn about and apply methods and tools relevant to their daily work. The programs are tailored to tthe leadership experience and leadership context of the participants and are open to both Helmholtz executives and employees of other scientific organizations.
